# Manna Board Financial Reporting Application

The Manna Board Financial Reporting application is an internal reporting tool used by Manna Ministry of Tidewater to connect to QuickBooks Online and prepare financial reporting workbooks for board review.

The application reads authorized QuickBooks Online accounting reports and combines them with approved budget, account mapping, and ministry metrics files. It is not used to create, edit, approve, or delete QuickBooks transactions.

## Connect Or Reconnect

Authorized Manna administrators may connect or reconnect the application through Intuit's QuickBooks authorization screen. If reauthorization is required, the finance administrator should run the local setup command for the reporting application and approve access using an authorized QuickBooks Online administrator account.

## Disconnect

To disconnect the application, an authorized QuickBooks Online administrator may revoke app access in QuickBooks Online or Intuit account settings. Manna may also disable or remove local credentials used by the reporting application.
