# End-User License Agreement
Effective date: June 25, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Manna Board Financial Reporting application ("Application") operated by Manna Ministry of Tidewater ("Manna," "we," "us," or "our").
## Purpose
The Application is an internal reporting tool used to retrieve financial information from QuickBooks Online and prepare board financial reporting workbooks for Manna Ministry of Tidewater. The Application is intended only for authorized Manna personnel and approved service providers.
## Authorized Users
You may use the Application only if Manna has authorized you to do so. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or devices used to access the Application.
## QuickBooks Access
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online only after an authorized QuickBooks administrator approves access through Intuit's authorization process. The Application uses that authorization to read accounting data needed for financial reporting. The Application is not intended to create, edit, approve, or delete QuickBooks transactions.
## Restrictions
You agree not to misuse the Application, attempt unauthorized access, copy or distribute the Application outside Manna's approved use, interfere with security controls, or use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
## Data And Confidentiality
Financial reports, accounting data, donor-related information, vendor information, and ministry operating data may be confidential. Users must handle all information produced by the Application according to Manna's confidentiality, financial control, record retention, and data security practices.
## No Accounting Or Legal Advice
The Application organizes source data and applies deterministic reporting rules. It does not provide legal, tax, audit, or accounting advice. Manna's finance team remains responsible for review, approval, and interpretation of reports.
## Ownership
The Application, related configurations, documentation, and report templates are owned by or licensed to Manna. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
## Availability And Changes
Manna may change, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. The Application may be unavailable because of maintenance, configuration changes, QuickBooks availability, authorization issues, or other operational reasons.
## Disclaimer
The Application is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
## Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manna will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Application.
## Termination
Manna may revoke access to the Application at any time. Users must stop using the Application when authorization ends.
