# Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 25th, 2026
Manna Ministry of Tidewater ("Manna," "we," "us," or "our") respects privacy and is committed to protecting information handled through the Manna Board Financial Reporting application ("Application").
## Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how the Application accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when connected to QuickBooks Online for Manna's internal financial reporting. The Application is intended for internal use by authorized Manna personnel and approved service providers.
## Information The Application Accesses
With authorization from a QuickBooks Online administrator, the Application may access accounting and reporting information from QuickBooks Online, including financial reports, chart of accounts, account balances, budget information when available, and related report metadata.
The Application may also use approved local files supplied by Manna, such as budget workbooks, account mapping files, ministry metrics, forecast overrides, and manual board-reporting notes.
## How Information Is Used
Information is used to prepare board financial reporting workbooks, perform validation and reconciliation checks, create local archive snapshots, produce run logs, and support finance-team review.
The Application does not use artificial intelligence services to calculate, classify, summarize, or alter accounting values during report runs.
## Information Sharing
The Application is designed for internal Manna reporting. It does not sell personal information. It does not send financial report data to external artificial intelligence services. Information may be shared only with Manna personnel, approved service providers, auditors, board members, or others authorized by Manna for financial governance, legal, compliance, or operational purposes.
The Application connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized APIs. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's terms and privacy policies.
## Storage And Security
The Application stores generated workbooks, validation reports, run logs, configuration files, and archive snapshots on systems controlled by Manna or its authorized users. QuickBooks refresh-token material is stored in the operating system keychain where practical. Credentials and tokens should not be stored in workbooks, source code, screenshots, logs, or public repositories.
Manna uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for an internal financial reporting process. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
## Data Retention
Generated reports, logs, validation files, and archive snapshots are retained according to Manna's financial record retention and backup practices. Authorized users may delete or archive local files according to those practices.
## User Choices And Access
Because the Application is for internal financial reporting, access is controlled by Manna. Authorized users may request changes to their access or ask questions about information handled by the Application by contacting Manna.
QuickBooks Online administrators may revoke the Application's access through QuickBooks or Intuit account settings.
## Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed to children and is not intended to collect personal information from children.
## Changes
Manna may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at the public policy URL used for the Application.
